2. Order Confirmation All orders are confirmed automatically via email and you will receive a notification by email if there would be problems with supply (backordered) within 24 hours.
3. Payment: Orders can be paid in the following 4 ways:
1. Online via creditcard (fx. VISA): Payment by creditcard via secured SSL encrypted payment page is delivered by Quickpay & PBS.
2. Bank transfer: Pay by transferring the total order amount to our bank account.

Remember to indicate your order number on the transfer. It can take up to 48 hours before we receive your payment.
3. PayPal: After ordering there will be sent a Paypal transfer request to your email. Your order will only be shipped once we receive your payment!
4. Cash on Pickup: For pickup of goods at our address, you can only pay with cash. So, no creditcards are accepted at the adress! Note that the pickup must be arranged prior to the collection.
4. Delivery: All orders made before 13:00 (GMT +1) are shipped on the same day (monday-friday). If your order contains product that should be backordered, your order will first be shipped when we can make a ship it all together. If in backorder we will contact you by email to give you the ability to undo the purchase.
5. Shipping: We ship all orders with Post Danmark or GLS. Each order will be added the shipping charges to cover shipping costs. These charges are incorporated into our system and you will always get the cargo indicated before you finish an order.
6. Returning: You have 14 days of return / rights under Danish law. When returning goods please include your order no. and bank account no. (SWIFT + IBAN number) were you want the money to be transferred back to.
7. Complaints and Warranty: There will be 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects on all products. Complaints will either be exchanged for new or repaired (depending on what the error is...).
